Assistance with a

Gate malfunction

  • Please send us the following information about your system via email:
  • Photo of the control panel's equipment label.
  • Photo of the control cards.
  • Photo of the type label located to the left of the control cards.
  • ABS commission number as per the E-Plan. If not available, please provide the corresponding gate ID.
  • Names and conditions (illuminated or blinking) of the active LEDs.
  • Name of the company where the system is installed.
  • Name and contact details of the contact person.
  • Your own contact details if different from the previous point.
  • Description of the issue in bullet points.
  • Photos of the system (control cards, gate, housing), and if applicable, photos of any damages.
